Our company was established in Dortmund in 1961 and has been under family ownership since then.

Initially, the general focus of production was high-precision gears for the mechanical engineering sector. Subsequently, however, new spheres of activity have been opened up and developed in offshore and marine technology.

Over the years, this process has always been accompanied by the extension of our technical manufacturing facilities with the most modern machinery and the acquisition of appropriate expertise.
